Bawdy Tales is my first short story series in the Regency Collection, and it features four different stories that are all connected together. Characters from the first story carry over into the second, while characters from the second story carry over into the third, and so on. Each of the stories is complete and stands on it’s own, but when you combine them all together, it provides a more fulfilling and complete tale. It’s an interesting concept, and I hope you’ll like it! Below is a synopsis of the current short stories, which are also available individually. (Each of these stories contains mature subject matter and they are not intended for anyone under the age of 18.)
The Novitiate – When a new priest takes over in hearing the confessions of the nuns at the convent, a young novitiate begins to have second thoughts about her decision to become a nun.
The Retired Bachelor – Monsieur Drummond is the toast of the town as he relates the details of the group sex parties that have become all the rage in Paris of the early 1900s.
The Count – Count Alexii tells the story of his summer fling with a married woman in the exotic city of Algiers.
The Widow – After her husband dies unexpectedly, Victoria decides to visit a friend, and while she’s there she meets a young couple who help her make it through the grieving process.
